Return and Refund Policy

Your right to withdraw

Consumer customers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify Hollowed Trading within that period through our Cancel or return an order page, the website contact form, or by emailing info@hollowedtrading.com.

After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days to:

Condition of returned cards

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the original protective materials where reasonably possible. You may inspect a card as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition and has consequently lost value, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied. For valuable cards, we strongly recommend tracked and adequately insured return shipping.

Refund timing

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may wait until the returned goods arrive or until evidence of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

When a complete order is withdrawn, the original standard delivery charge is refunded. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery method is not refunded. Partial-order returns do not include the original delivery charge.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantee are not limited by this policy.

Model withdrawal notice

You may copy and send the following:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [item]. Order number: [number]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Customer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].”

Business-to-business purchases do not automatically fall under consumer withdrawal rules.
