Shipping Policy

Hollowed Trading dispatches orders from Weesp, the Netherlands.

Processing

Buy Now cards offered through the Hollowed Trading Vault are physically in stock unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Tracked and insured delivery

Every Hollowed Trading Vault order is sent with track & trace and insurance appropriate to the declared shipment value. Tracking information is sent when the parcel is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
• European destinations: usually 3–10 business days after dispatch
• International destinations: timing varies by destination, customs and carrier

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Available destinations, delivery methods and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please check the delivery address before completing payment. If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.

Hollowed Trading remains responsible for the order until it is delivered, unless the customer independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact info@hollowedtrading.com promptly with the order number and photographs where relevant.
