Shipping Policy

Hollowed Trading ships from the Netherlands.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received, unless the product page states that the item is a pre-order or has a different dispatch date.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
Europe: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
Rest of world: delivery time depends on the destination and carrier

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

For pre-order products, dispatch will take place once the supplier stock has arrived and the order is ready to ship. Estimated release or dispatch dates are provided where possible, but supplier delays may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and details of the issue.
