Terms of Service

This website is operated by Hollowed Trading, a Netherlands-based specialist in football cards. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products and the Vault

Hollowed Trading currently specialises in football cards and may introduce carefully selected related collectibles in the future. The Hollowed Trading Vault contains fixed-price cards available to purchase. The Sold Archive records items that are no longer for sale. Auctions hosted by third-party marketplaces are governed by the terms shown on those platforms.

We aim to describe every item accurately. For individual cards, the listing photographs show the actual card offered and form part of the product description. Serial numbering, autograph or memorabilia details are stated where applicable. Customers should review all photographs and contact us before ordering if further condition information is required.

Availability and offers

Many Vault cards are unique, low-numbered items with a quantity of one. Availability can therefore change without notice. Customers may contact us to discuss an offer or a combined-purchase price, but no discount or sale is agreed until Hollowed Trading accepts it and payment is completed through the store.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for import VAT, duties or carrier handling charges as described in the Shipping Policy.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error occurred, or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Orders ship from the Netherlands. Delivery information is set out in the Shipping Policy. Consumer cancellation and return rights are explained in the Return and Refund Policy and on the Cancel or return an order page.

Complaints

For an order, product or service complaint, contact info@hollowedtrading.com or use the website contact form. Include the order number and relevant details so that we can investigate and work towards a fair solution.

Liability and collectible value

Hollowed Trading is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or changes in future collectible value. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
